OnlyTrains Privacy Policy

Effective 1 February 2024. We update this policy when regulations or product changes require additional detail.

Information we collect

  • Account data: name, email, date of birth, verification documents, and payment details.
  • Usage data: device information, IP address, and in-product events used to improve the experience.
  • Content data: media uploads, captions, messages, and metadata required to deliver services.

How we use information

  • Operate the platform, process payments, and provide creator support.
  • Monitor safety, investigate incidents, and comply with rail operator agreements.
  • Improve features through analytics and aggregated insights. We do not sell personal data.

Retention & security

  • Payment and tax data retained per jurisdictional requirements.
  • Content removal requests honored within 30 days unless subject to investigation.
  • Data encrypted in transit and at rest with strict access controls for staff.

Your rights

  • Request access, correction, or deletion via privacy@onlytrains.com.
  • Export your data as JSON/CSV within 14 days of request.
  • Object to processing or withdraw consent where applicable.

International transfers

  • Data may move between the US and EU data centers. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
  • Regional storage commitments available for enterprise rail operator contracts.
