Information we collect

Account data: name, email, date of birth, verification documents, and payment details.
Usage data: device information, IP address, and in-product events used to improve the experience.
Content data: media uploads, captions, messages, and metadata required to deliver services.

How we use information

Operate the platform, process payments, and provide creator support.
Monitor safety, investigate incidents, and comply with rail operator agreements.
Improve features through analytics and aggregated insights. We do not sell personal data.

Retention & security

Payment and tax data retained per jurisdictional requirements.
Content removal requests honored within 30 days unless subject to investigation.
Data encrypted in transit and at rest with strict access controls for staff.

Your rights

Request access, correction, or deletion via privacy@onlytrains.com.
Export your data as JSON/CSV within 14 days of request.
Object to processing or withdraw consent where applicable.

International transfers

Data may move between the US and EU data centers. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
Regional storage commitments available for enterprise rail operator contracts.
