This guide covers safety expectations for creators, fans, and crew. It complements local laws, rail operator requirements, and the OnlyTrains Terms of Service.
During the shoot
- Use spotters when filming near active tracks; obey all signage and signals.
- Keep footwear, wardrobe, and props within safety guidelines; no loose items near moving stock.
- Have first aid, water, and protective gear on site for crew and talent.
After the shoot
- Upload proof-of-consent and location releases via the creator studio.
- Report any incidents within 2 hours to safety@onlytrains.com.
- Submit final content for RailSafe review before publishing.
