By creating an account or subscribing on OnlyTrains, you agree to these terms and confirm you are at least 18 years old. Creators must pass our verification checklist, including identity confirmation and content portfolio review.
Creators control their studios but must comply with community guidelines, rail operator policies, and all applicable law. Fans receive a personal, non-transferable license to view subscribed content. Distribution or public screening is prohibited.
We process payments via vetted providers. Creators receive 88% of subscription and unlock revenue after fees. Refunds for fans are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Chargebacks may suspend access until resolved.
OnlyTrains hosts tasteful rail glamour. Explicit nudity, fetish content, or unsafe rail activities are banned. Shoots on active property require operator permission. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate policy.
Report safety incidents immediately via safety@onlytrains.com. We may pause content, notify impacted parties, and cooperate with rail operators or authorities. Emergency situations prioritise human safety over publishing timelines.
Creators retain ownership of their content. By uploading, you grant OnlyTrains a license to host, display, and promote your material within the platform. Fans may not redistribute, record, or resell creator content.
You may deactivate anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach terms, fail verification, or endanger others. Outstanding payouts will be processed subject to investigations or legal holds.
We may update these terms and will provide at least 14 days notice via email and in-product alerts. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
